| Step 3 | Select desired Kendriya Vidyalaya (up to 3 choices) |
| Step 4 | Enter child details — name, DOB, Aadhaar, parent info |
| Step 5 | Upload child photo and parent photo |
| Step 6 | Submit — NO FEE required. Print confirmation. |
| Step 7 | Wait for lottery/merit list announcement |
