About the JAM and AM Posts
●JAM Grade O
Junior Assistant Manager — entry-level officer cadre in IDBI Bank. Pay scale similar to IBPS PO Scale I. Approximate in-hand starting salary Rs.55,000-65,000 per month with full bank perks
●AM Grade A
Assistant Manager — slightly higher cadre. Pay scale equivalent to IBPS PO Scale I to Scale II range. Approximate in-hand starting salary Rs.60,000-70,000 per month
●Career Growth
JAM/AM → Manager → Senior Manager → Chief Manager → AGM → DGM → GM (over 25-30 year career)

Exam Day Essentials
●Carry Mandatory
