Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) ne Enforcement Constable ke 477 posts ke liye Physical Efficiency Test (PET) admit card 2026 mein jari kiya hai. Enforcement Constable UP ke naap-tol (weights and measures) ya food safety enforcement department mein hote hain jo market mein cheating aur adulteration rokne ka kaam karte hain. PET ek physical test hai — isme running, long jump, shot put, ya high jump type tests hote hain.
PET Ke Liye Taiyari
- Running: Generally 1.6 km ya 2.4 km run in specified time
- Chest/Height measurement: Male candidates ke liye minimum measurements required
- Shot Put / Long Jump: Post ke anusar different standards
- Physically fit hona — koi chhupa hua injury nahi hona chahiye
