Eligibility
There are two ways to qualify for Fatehpur. The first is graduation from a recognised university with at least 50% marks and Home Science as a major subject. A general B.A. or B.Sc. without Home Science as a major does not meet this condition as written. The second route is a 2-year DPSE diploma, which is why this recruitment is open to diploma holders and not only graduates. Reserved category candidates get a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks, so keep your caste certificate ready if you plan to use it. Before applying, check your final-year marksheet to confirm that Home Science is shown as a major, and look at your aggregate percentage; borderline cases should verify the exact rule in the official notification.
The age limit is 21 to 40 years. The summary does not give the date on which age will be calculated, so check that in the notification. Age relaxation applies under the UP Basic Education ECCE Educator Fatehpur recruitment rules.
