What you should know
Two DBT project posts at NEHU, and one of them only needs a B.Sc.: the Field Assistant (₹20,000 + HRA, age up to 50) needs a B.Sc. in life or agricultural sciences. The Project Associate-I needs an M.Sc. in biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology or botany and pays ₹31,000 + HRA if you have NET/GATE, otherwise ₹25,000 + HRA (age up to 35).
The project studies silicate-solubilising bacteria in paddy fields of East Khasi Hills to develop a local biofertiliser. Walk in on 5 November 2026, reporting before 1:30 PM, at the Biochemistry seminar hall. Bring a separate filled form for each post you want, plus your documents.
NEHU में DBT प्रोजेक्ट के दो पद, और एक के लिए सिर्फ B.Sc. चाहिए: फील्ड असिस्टेंट (₹20,000 + HRA, आयु 50 तक) के लिए लाइफ या कृषि विज्ञान में B.Sc.। प्रोजेक्ट एसोसिएट-I के लिए बायोकेमिस्ट्री, बायोटेक, माइक्रोबायोलॉजी या बॉटनी में M.Sc. चाहिए; NET/GATE होने पर ₹31,000 + HRA, वरना ₹25,000 + HRA (आयु 35 तक)।
