BRIC-NIPGR, the national plant genome institute in New Delhi, has two Research Associate-I positions, one in each of two DBT-funded projects on sheath blight disease in rice: one on antifungal peptide formulations, the other on genome editing of a susceptibility factor. The pay is ₹58,000 a month plus 27% HRA.
This is a postdoc-level post. You need a PhD in life sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology or a related field, or an MTech in biotechnology or bioinformatics with three years of research and a publication, as allowed by the DST memorandum of 26 June 2023. The notice prefers candidates with genome editing, transgenic plant, plant-pathogen or protein biochemistry experience and at least one first-author (or two co-author) SCI papers with impact factor above 3.

यह postdoc स्तर का पद है। Life sciences, biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology या संबंधित विषय में PhD चाहिए, या biotechnology/bioinformatics में MTech के साथ 3 साल का research और publication (DST के 26 जून 2023 के OM के अनुसार)। Genome editing, transgenic plants, plant-pathogen या protein biochemistry का अनुभव और impact factor 3 से ऊपर के SCI papers (कम से कम एक first-author या दो co-author) वालों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
