SASTRA University JRF 2026 – DHR Project on Nanoparticle-Reinforced Scaffolds, ₹37,000, Apply by 14 November

SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, has one Junior Research Fellow post in a two-year project funded by the Department of Health Research (DHR). The project builds iron-oxide nanoparticle-reinforced acrylate composite scaffolds that steer blood-vessel growth by controlling reactive oxygen species. The fellowship is ₹37,000 a month.

You need an M.Sc., M.Tech. or M.Pharm. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nanotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology or a related field, with NET or GATE. Tissue-engineering or biomaterials experience helps. The selected fellow must register for a Ph.D. at SASTRA. Selection is by an online entrance exam and interview.
