How to Fill CDS II Exam Notification 2024 Online Form

Photo Instruction : The photo of the candidate should not be more than 10 days old, the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photo should be written on the photo.
One Time Registration OTR : One Time Registration System is implemented in UPSC, hence to apply for CDS II, the candidate must have OTR, those who do not have it, should apply only after registering a new OTR.
