चरण 2 — विभागीय शॉर्टलिस्टिंग: जब कोई विभाग Group D रिक्तियाँ घोषित करता है, HSSC CET मेरिट पूल से उम्मीदवारों को बुलाता है। आमतौर पर रिक्तियों की संख्या का 5x–8x उम्मीदवारों को DV के लिए बुलाया जाता है।

चरण 3 — दस्तावेज सत्यापन (DV): सभी original दस्तावेजों की जाँच होती है। कोई भी दस्तावेज न होने पर चयन रद्द हो जाता है।

चरण 4 — शारीरिक परीक्षा (जहाँ लागू): Chowkidar, Beldar, Peon-cum-Chowkidar पदों के लिए इस चरण में physical test होता है।

चरण 5 — चिकित्सीय परीक्षण: सेवा के लिए स्वास्थ्य की पुष्टि के लिए standard government medical examination।

चरण 6 — अंतिम मेरिट सूची और नियुक्ति: DV, शारीरिक परीक्षा, और चिकित्सीय परीक्षण के आधार पर अंतिम मेरिट सूची जारी होती है।

सामान्य अयोग्यता कारण — क्या आवेदन रद्द करवाता है?

1. गलत जाति प्रमाण पत्र: BC-A/BC-B आरक्षण के लिए केंद्रीय OBC प्रमाण पत्र देना। केवल हरियाणा-जारी प्रमाण पत्र मान्य है।

2. समय-सीमा पार EWS प्रमाण पत्र: गलत वित्तीय वर्ष का EWS प्रमाण पत्र अस्वीकार हो जाता है।

3. आयु की गलत गणना: जो उम्मीदवार ऊपरी आयु सीमा पार करने के बावजूद आवेदन करते हैं, उनका आवेदन DV में अस्वीकार होता है। 3 जुलाई 2026 को आधार मानकर जाँचें।

4. निवास प्रमाण पत्र नाम में न होना: अगर आपका domicile दावा माता-पिता या पति/पत्नी के माध्यम से है, तो supporting दस्तावेज (विवाह प्रमाण पत्र, संबंध प्रमाण) भी लाना होगा।

5. फोटो/हस्ताक्षर में अंतर: आवेदन में अपलोड की गई फोटो परीक्षा केंद्र पर presented की गई फोटो से मिलनी चाहिए। खराब क्वालिटी या पुरानी फोटो समस्या पैदा कर सकती है।

हरियाणा ग्रुप D बनाम अन्य राज्य ग्रुप D — हरियाणा अलग क्यों है?

कई उम्मीदवार जो अन्य राज्यों (UP UPSSSC, राजस्थान, बिहार) के Group D में भी तैयारी करते हैं, वे HSSC से तुलना करना चाहते हैं।

आयु सीमा: हरियाणा में सामान्य वर्ग की ऊपरी आयु सीमा 42 वर्ष है — यह UP (40 वर्ष) और बिहार (37 वर्ष) से अधिक है। इसका मतलब है कि जो उम्मीदवार अन्य राज्यों की आयु सीमा पार कर चुके हैं, वे अभी भी हरियाणा में पात्र हो सकते हैं।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: अधिकांश राज्यों की तरह 10वीं पास न्यूनतम योग्यता है। Railway Group D के विपरीत — जिसने कुछ पदों के लिए ITI अनिवार्य कर दी है — HSSC Group D CET के लिए ITI जरूरी नहीं है; केवल कुछ पदों के लिए बेहतर मानी जाती है।

आरक्षण संरचना: हरियाणा का BC-A/BC-B विभाजन अद्वितीय है — यह केंद्र सरकार भर्तियों में उपयोग की जाने वाली एकल OBC श्रेणी से अलग है। उम्मीदवारों को सही हरियाणा-विशिष्ट प्रमाण पत्र का उपयोग करना होगा।

कोई साक्षात्कार नहीं: हरियाणा में Group D चयन में कोई interview नहीं है — चयन केवल CET स्कोर, DV, और शारीरिक परीक्षा (जहाँ लागू) पर आधारित है। यह प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी है।

क्या विकलांग (PWD) उम्मीदवार Group D के लिए पात्र हैं?

हाँ। दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों (Persons with Disabilities) को HSSC Group D CET में आयु सीमा में 10 वर्ष की छूट मिलती है (सामान्य 42 + 10 = 52 वर्ष)। इसके अलावा, 4% horizontal आरक्षण PWD उम्मीदवारों के लिए लागू है। जिला चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा जारी 40% या अधिक विकलांगता का प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक है।

हालाँकि, Chowkidar, Beldar, और physical field work वाले पदों पर पद-विशेष medical fitness standards भी लागू होते हैं — इसलिए विकलांगता के प्रकार और संबंधित पद की आवश्यकताओं की जाँच विभागीय रिक्ति अधिसूचना में करें।

HSSC Group D CET 2026 के लिए आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन है — hssc.gov.in पर। अंतिम तिथि 3 जुलाई 2026 है। आवेदन प्रक्रिया:
