Eligibility
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC).
- Age Limit: 20–30 years as on the last date of application. OBC: +3 years (up to 33), SC/ST: +5 years (up to 35), PH: +10 years (up to 40). OBC-PH: +13 years, SC/ST-PH: +15 years.
Pay Scale
BSNL JTO is placed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (E1/E2 scale) per month basic. With DA, HRA, and other allowances, the starting gross salary is approximately ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month. BSNL also provides medical benefits under BSNL CGHS-like scheme, telephone/internet at concessional rates, and LTC.
