Coal India MT 2026 – 660 Management Trainee Posts Across 9 Disciplines
Coal India Limited (CIL) — the world's largest coal mining company and a Maharatna PSU — has released notification for 660 Management Trainee (MT) posts in engineering and non-engineering disciplines. MTs are recruited at the E2 grade (₹50,000–₹1,60,000 IDA scale) with a 1-year training period followed by regularisation as a Junior Manager. CIL is one of the most generous PSUs in India in terms of total compensation — in addition to salary, you get coal levy, accommodation, free medical for self and family, and performance-linked pay.
