Eligibility

• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in the relevant engineering or non-engineering discipline as per post. For technical posts (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), B.E./B.Tech minimum. For Finance, CA/MBA preferred. For HR, MBA (HR)/MSW.
• Age Limit: 25–47 years. The upper age limit suggests that HCL is also looking for experienced professionals — fresh graduates in the lower bracket and experienced executives towards the upper end.

Pay Scale

HCL Executives are placed in the IDA Pay Scale. The E1 grade starts at ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 and E2 at ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 per month basic, plus DA, HRA, perks, and other allowances as per HCL rules. Total in-hand CTC is typically ₹10–18 LPA depending on grade and experience.
