Eligibility

Salary / Pay
Specialist Officers are appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale I with a basic pay of ₹48,480 (scale ₹48,480–85,920), along with Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance and other perks as per bank rules. The gross in-hand is considerably higher than the basic.
Selection Process
Selection is through an Online Preliminary Examination, an Online Main Examination (professional knowledge for the relevant post), and a Common Interview. Final selection is based on the Mains and interview performance (Law/IT/HR/Marketing/Agriculture posts have a prelims; Rajbhasha has only Mains + interview as per the notification).
