BEML Operator 2026 — 362 ITI Jobs in a Defence & Heavy-Engineering PSU
BEML Limited (formerly Bharat Earth Movers Limited) has opened 362 Operator (Non-Executive) posts for ITI holders. The breakup is Fitter 127, Turner 93, Welder 44, Machinist 40, and Electrician 58. BEML builds mining, rail (Metro coaches, Vande Bharat), and defence equipment, so these are genuine shop-floor manufacturing jobs in a respected PSU. The application window is 20 June to 10 July 2026 at bemlindia.in, and there is no application fee for any category.
Eligibility — ITI Plus Apprenticeship Certificates
You need an ITI (NTC) in the relevant trade with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD), plus a National Trade Certificate from NCVT and a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from the Directorate General of Training. Age limits as on 10-07-2026 are 29 years for General/EWS, 32 for OBC, and 34 for SC/ST, with PwBD relaxation as per rules.
Selection and Pay
Selection is through a written test followed by document verification and a medical. The pay follows BEML's Non-Executive (Operator) scale — confirm the exact grade and gross from the official notification, as we will not quote an unverified figure.
