SPMCIL Advocate Empanelment 2026 — High Courts, CAT & Delhi Courts

If you are a practising lawyer with solid court experience, SPMCIL's Corporate Office is building a two-year panel of Advocates. Panel members will draft, plead, defend and represent SPMCIL before the High Courts, the Central Administrative Tribunal and the District Courts, Labour Courts and Tribunals situated in Delhi. This is an empanelment rather than a salaried post, and the notice does not fix the number of advocates it will take. You apply offline, and your envelope must reach SPMCIL by 14 November 2026. Read the notice and the separate guidelines together, because the guidelines form part of the notice.

About Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd. (SPMCIL)

Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd. works under the Government of India and runs security printing and minting units. This notice comes from its Corporate Office in New Delhi through the JGM (Legal). The panel covers four case fields: Civil, Service, Labour and Tax. CAT work is limited to service matters, while the High Courts and Delhi courts panels take all four. You can seek empanelment for one court or several.
