Eligibility
Expert – Engineer (Environment): B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent and M.Tech (Environmental Engineering) or equivalent from an AICTE-approved university/institute, with at least 3 years' experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies and Environmental Management Plans. Expert – Scientist (Forestry): Master's or PhD in Forestry, Ecology, Environmental Science or Wildlife Science (or equivalent), with 3 years' experience in forestry, biodiversity conservation, ecosystem assessment or environmental planning, plus EIA experience. Expert – Scientist (Fisheries & Aquatic Ecology): Master's or PhD in Fisheries, Aquatic Ecology or Zoology (or equivalent), with 3 years' experience in fisheries resource assessment or aquatic ecology, plus EIA experience. Expert – Social Scientist: Master's or PhD in Social Sciences (or equivalent), with 3 years' experience in ethnography, social data collection or Social Impact Assessment, plus EIA experience. Experience is counted as on 1 November 2026.
