AIIMS Bhubaneswar ICMR Project Walk-in 2026 – Project Research Scientist-I & Project Technical Support-III, Psychiatry, 11 November

The Department of Psychiatry at AIIMS Bhubaneswar is hiring two project staff for an ICMR-funded multicentre trial (ESCaMS) testing semaglutide against placebo in patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome.

Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) pays ₹56,000 + 20% HRA and needs a postgraduate degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences; clinical-trial experience, biostatistics or a PhD helps. Project Technical Support-III pays ₹28,000 + 20% HRA and needs a postgraduate degree in psychology or social work, or a graduate degree with three years' experience. The maximum age for both is 35 on the interview date, with relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Fill in the prescribed form and upload it through the Google Form by 8 November 2026, 5:00 PM; no hard copy is needed. The walk-in interview is tentatively on 11 November, and shortlisted candidates are told by email. The job is for 11 months at first, extendable up to three years; people in regular government service cannot apply.

Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) का वेतन ₹56,000 + 20% HRA है और इसके लिए life sciences या pharmaceutical sciences में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री चाहिए; clinical trial अनुभव, biostatistics या PhD होना लाभदायक है। Project Technical Support-III का वेतन ₹28,000 + 20% HRA है और इसके लिए psychology या social work में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री, या स्नातक के साथ तीन साल का अनुभव चाहिए। दोनों पदों के लिए interview की तारीख पर अधिकतम आयु 35 वर्ष है, और भारत सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार छूट मिलेगी।
