IIT Gandhinagar Project Engineer (ESD Device Design and Development) 2026 – SAMARTH Project, ₹60,000–1,25,000, Apply by 12 November

IIT Gandhinagar needs one Project Engineer (ESD Device Design and Development) for SAMARTH, its semiconductor manufacturing research and training hub, under Prof. Nihar Ranjan Mohapatra (Electrical Engineering). You will lead the design, TCAD simulation, layout and tapeout of ESD protection devices, build low-parasitic test boards, run TLP, HBM/CDM and IEC 61000-4-2 tests and analyse failures.

Pay is ₹60,000 to ₹1,25,000 a month (consolidated, HRA included), set by qualification and experience. You need a Ph.D., or an M.Tech/M.S. with 2 years' experience, and 60% from graduation onwards.
