Three openings are for Project Engineer and four for Senior Project Engineer, and every one of them is in the Unreserved category. About MOIL Limited
MOIL Limited is a Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, headquartered at MOIL Bhavan in Nagpur. Eligibility
You need a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognised university or institute, matching the discipline of the post. Project Engineers need 6 years of post-qualification experience and a current or last CTC of at least ₹6 Lakhs a year. Senior Project Engineers need 10 years and a CTC of at least ₹8 Lakhs, and you must prove the CTC with documents. Experience in monitoring mine or plant improvement projects, milestone tracking and dealing with contractors and consultants is preferred, though not compulsory.
The maximum age is 35 years for Project Engineer and 40 years for Senior Project Engineer, counted on 6 November 2026. Since all posts are UR, SC, ST and OBC (NCL) applicants compete on General merit with no upper age relaxation. The notification refers to relaxation under Government guidelines for categories such as PwBD (40% or more disability) and ex-servicemen without giving years, and caps the age with all relaxation at 53 years.
