Eligibility
Senior Associate (Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university/institute; preference to candidates with a Master's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or allied disciplines. Experience of 2-9 years in DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management and quality control of highway/bridge/tunnel projects. Senior Associate (HR): MBA in HR or equivalent, with 2-9 years in recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, service matters, training and HR policy. Senior Associate (Legal): LLB/LLM or a graduate/postgraduate degree in Law, with 2-9 years in legal advice, drafting and vetting of contracts, litigation, arbitration and regulatory compliance. Senior Associate (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Networks/Electronics & Communication, or M.Tech in Cyber Security/Network Management, or MCA, with 2-9 years in IT infrastructure, networks, software, database administration, cybersecurity and digital transformation. For every post, a minimum of 2 years (730 days) of relevant post-qualification experience in the National Highways Sector (such as NHAI, NHIDCL or NH wings of State PWDs) is mandatory, with documentary proof.

Selection Process
Selection is based on an interview by a Selection Committee, subject to verification of documents. Interviews for all applicants will be held on 26 November 2026 (reporting time 9:30 a.m.) at the NHIDCL Corporate Office, 1st & 2nd Floor, Tower A, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029. Engaged professionals will go through a 3-day induction module. All engagements are subject to background verification.
