Oil India Special Recruitment Drive 2026 – PwBD Posts
Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has launched a Special Recruitment Drive exclusively for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) to fill 49 backlog reserved vacancies. Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 marks, 2 hours 40 minutes (40 minutes extra compensatory time for PwBD)

- Section B (20 marks): Reasoning, Arithmetic, Mental Ability
- Section C (60 marks): Domain / Technical Knowledge
- Document Verification: Shortlisted at 1:1 ratio
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination
Qualifying marks: 40/100. No negative marking. Scribe facility available as per RPwD Act, 2016. Travel reimbursement (2nd class rail/bus) for CBT attendance.
