Eligibility
Most technical posts need a regular full-time B.E. or B.Tech with at least 60% marks or first division: Electrical or Electrical & Electronics for the Distribution, Renewable Energy and Transmission posts; Electrical, EEE, ECE, CSE or IT for the Utility Coordinator and Utility Engineer posts; Civil for the Civil Transmission post. The two Senior Executive (Lead Verifier) posts need BEE accreditation or a relevant degree plus ISO 14064 Lead Verifier certification. The finance post needs CA, CMA or an MBA in Finance with 60%. Experience needed is 13 years for L-5, 6 years for L-3 and 3 years for L-2.
The maximum age is 55 years for Senior Executive (L-5), 40 years for Deputy Executive (L-3) and 35 years for Assistant Executive (L-2), counted on the last date of application, 17 November 2026. SC and ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation, OBC-NCL 3 years, and PwBD candidates 10 years on top of that.

The monthly consolidated pay is Rs 1,55,250 for Senior Executive (Compliance), Rs 1,35,000 for Senior Executive (Offset), Rs 85,000 for Deputy Executive and Rs 62,000 for Assistant Executive. Except for the Compliance post, the pay is negotiable for deserving candidates, depending on experience and interview performance. Mobile, laptop and office bag reimbursement, a hardship allowance for Ladakh, medical benefits and accident insurance are given as per company policy.
Selection Process
