Eligibility
Site Engineer and Project Engineer candidates need a full-time B.E. or B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved university or institute. The Architect post needs a full-time B.Arch and a valid Council of Architecture registration. Experience is the real filter. Site Engineers must have at least 3 but less than 5 years after qualification in construction. Project Engineers and the Architect need at least 5 but less than 10 years. Experience is counted up to 1 October 2026, and you may only apply for the post that matches your band on that date.
The upper age limit is 40 years for Site Engineer and 45 years for Project Engineer and Architect, counted as on 1 October 2026. No minimum age is given, and the notification does not list any age relaxation for reserved categories, so do not count on extra years.
