DMRC Recruitment 2026 – 73 Supervisor, Engineer & Senior Engineer Posts on Deputation/PRCE for Jaipur Phase-II, Apply by 4 November
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has issued Advertisement No. DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2026 (235), dated 14 October 2026, for 73 Supervisor, Engineer and Senior Engineer posts in four departments: Architecture, Civil/Track, Signalling & Telecommunication and Environment. The posts are for DMRC's Jaipur Phase-II project and Delhi. They are filled only on deputation or on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE), and the filled-in application must reach DMRC by 4 November 2026.

This is not an open recruitment for freshers. Only people who are working in, or have retired from, a Government organisation, the Railways, a PSU or a Metro organisation, with experience in the relevant department, can apply. Civil/Track has by far the most posts: 42 Supervisors and 12 Engineers/Senior Engineers. S&T has 7 Supervisors and 4 Engineers/Senior Engineers, Environment 3 and 2, and Architecture 2 and 1. DMRC gives one combined number for Engineer and Senior Engineer in each department, and says the vacancies are provisional and may go up or down. The present work sites are Jaipur and Delhi NCR, but selected people can be posted to any DMRC office or project in India or abroad.

Eligibility
No particular degree is prescribed; eligibility depends on your experience and the pay level you hold or retired in, all counted on 1 October 2026. A Supervisor needs 5 years' experience at supervisory level; depending on pay (Level-6 up to Level-9 non-gazetted, or the matching IDA scale) you are placed as Supervisor-I, II or III. An Engineer needs 3 years at Gazetted/Executive level and Level-10 (or Gazetted Level-9, or IDA ₹50,000–1,60,000). A Senior Engineer needs 5 years at Gazetted/Executive level and Level-11 (or IDA ₹60,000–1,80,000). You must hold the grade on a regular basis in the functional grade; MACP upgrades are not counted.
Age is counted on 1 October 2026. For deputation, the maximum age is 55 years. For PRCE, you must be between 55 and 62 years. The advertisement does not list category-wise relaxations.

On deputation, you keep drawing your parent department's pay plus deputation allowance as per rules; normal tenure is 5 years, extendable to 7 in special cases. On PRCE, you get a consolidated monthly amount based on the grade you retired in, for one year at first, extendable on performance: Supervisor-I ₹56,300 (₹61,900 outstation), Supervisor-II ₹65,800 (₹72,300), Supervisor-III ₹72,600 (₹79,900), Engineer ₹75,200 (₹82,700) and Senior Engineer ₹96,600 (₹1,06,300). People who retired from a higher grade are paid the amount for the post they join.
Selection Process
Deputation candidates go through a personal interview. PRCE candidates face a personal interview and a medical fitness examination (medical category depends on the post and is on the DMRC website). DMRC plans to put the shortlist on its website in the second week of November 2026, hold screening in the third week and declare the final result by the fourth week (all tentative). There is no online form. Fill the Annexure-I application format in the advertisement, attach proof of qualification, experience, pay and pay scale, and the Vigilance and D&AR clearance (Annexure-II).
