National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC), a Mini Ratna construction and project-management PSU owned by WAPCOS, is hiring 12 officers on a regular basis. The posts are spread over seven roles: General Manager (HR), Manager (Finance, HR, IT and Raj Bhasha) and Dy. Manager (Finance and Law). These are experienced-hire posts, not fresher jobs. Each role needs a set number of years after your qualification, and if you are already in service you must have spent at least two years in the next-lower pay scale (or, in the private sector, drawn the matching CTC: ₹8.97 lakh a year for Dy. Manager, ₹11.96 lakh for Manager, ₹23.91 lakh for GM). Every eligibility condition is counted on the cut-off date of 30 September 2026. Selected officers can be posted anywhere in India or abroad.

Eligibility
Finance posts need CA, CMA or MBA (Finance). HR posts need an MBA or a two-year PG degree/diploma with HR or Personnel Management. Manager (IT) needs B.E. (CS/IT) or MCA. Manager (Raj Bhasha) needs a Master's in Hindi with English at degree level (a PhD in Hindi is preferred). Dy. Manager (Law) needs a law degree (3-year after graduation or 5-year after Class 12). Experience required: GM 18 years, Managers 8 years, Dy. Manager (Finance) 3 years, Dy. Manager (Law) 4 years.
The upper age limit depends on the post, counted on 30 September 2026: 50 years for General Manager, 35 years for Managers and 30 years for Dy. Managers. SC/ST candidates get 5 years' relaxation and OBC (NCL) 3 years; PwBD and ex-servicemen get relaxation under Government of India rules. NPCC's own employees have no age bar.

Officers join on IDA pay scales: Dy. Manager E-1 ₹40,000–1,40,000, Manager E-2 ₹50,000–1,60,000 and General Manager E-6 ₹90,000–2,40,000. DA, HRA, perks, contributory PF, gratuity and leave encashment are paid as per NPCC rules.
Selection Process
NPCC will decide the selection method after seeing how many people apply; it is likely to be a personal interview. Originals are checked at the interview, and shortlisted candidates get to-and-fro rail fare. The selected officer must pass a medical test and will be on probation for one year.
How to Apply
Apply only online through the link on npcc.gov.in, between 1 and 22 November 2026. Keep scans of your 10th certificate (for date of birth), all mark sheets and degrees, experience letters with pay scale or CTC, your latest pay slip, Form 16 for the last two years (if you claim CTC), category/PwBD/EWS certificates and Aadhaar. The fee is ₹1,000 for General and OBC; SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and ex-servicemen pay nothing. Government employees must apply through proper channel or bring an NOC to the interview.
