  • Leave Encashment: Retirement पर 300 दिन तक का earned leave encash होता है। अगर आप ₹27,000 in-hand पर retire करें तो 300 × (₹27,000/30) = ₹2.7 लाख एकमुश्त मिलेंगे।
  • Gratuity: 5 साल की service के बाद eligible। Formula: (Last Basic+DA) × 15/26 × Years of Service — एक बड़ी एकमुश्त राशि।
  • Medical Reimbursement: अगर government hospital में treatment नहीं मिली तो private hospital का approved bill reimburse हो सकता है — department approval जरूरी।
  • Children Education Allowance: 2 बच्चों की school fees के लिए monthly allowance मिलता है — MP सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार।
  • 8th Pay Commission: 2026–27 में expected — इससे Pay Level 1 की basic ₹18,000 से significantly बढ़ने की उम्मीद है।

Job मिलने के बाद पहला काम

Joining order मिलते ही सबसे पहले अपने Bank Account की जानकारी department को दें। Salary पहले महीने joining date के अनुसार pro-rata basis पर मिलती है — अगर आप 15 तारीख को join करते हैं तो उस महीने आधी salary मिलेगी, अगले महीने से full salary मिलेगी। Salary account में SBI, PNB, या department की specified bank में खोलना होगा।
